How clients place an order
Client

Create your client account, complete your business profile, review your package, browse the catalogue or marketplace, add the lines you need, then submit your order or checkout request. Track invoices, dispatch, and notifications from your dashboard.

How sellers publish store listings
Seller

Complete the seller profile, set your store details, add product listings with stock and lead-time information, submit them for approval, then manage requests, transactions, reviews, disputes, and payout progress from the seller dashboard.

How dispatch and POD work
Operations

Orders move from sourcing or acceptance into dispatch planning. Dispatch runs capture courier details, ETA windows, route names, proof-of-delivery notes, recipient names, and delivered status so the operations team can close the fulfilment loop cleanly.
