Refunds & Returns
Because flowers and plants are perishable, refunds or credits are reviewed case by case. Approved claims may depend on product condition at delivery, proof supplied within the required period, transport conditions, dispatch notes, seller policies, and any agreed replacement terms. Marketplace seller orders may also be subject to that seller's published returns and delivery policies. Where a dispute exists, the platform may place the matter into a review flow before final resolution. Delivery, handling, or administrative fees may be non-refundable once services have already been performed.
